It 's 2024 - I want to see more diversity in the wedding industry, don 't you?
Foreign countries, cultures and other languages? Another passion of mine. But all the traveling in the world may not be enough, to awaken the deep intercultural awareness that people need now. We can only deepen our own understanding of who we are in an unequal world and how that makes us this makes us feel and how this motivates us to changeour lives in one way or another.
The wedding industry has always been dominated by the same type of type of content and images – model mass, white, heterosexual couples. But how can a woman with a different dress size, women with different skin tones or same-sex couples as well as women with a disability or even disability or even just with glasses specifically identify with a product, when she can never refer to people who look like her in marketing campaigns? Cream Bridal will always strive to prioritize size diversity and the inclusion of smaller companies in our content.
Diversity management creates an inclusive environment .
Cream Bridal stands against the racial injustice we see around the world. We are committed to advocating for change and, most importantly, taking action against racism for a better future in the bridal industry. I strive to foster a diverse and inclusive environment for brides and staff. I have surrendered to working, listening and learning by taking on a very special project of mine to actively contribute to change (you’ll be the first to know about my little secret – promise!).
I believe in equality for all, regardless of skin colour, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status or sexual orientation.
These are not only my most important ethical values, they also play an important role in social change. The most important asset of diversity is what makes the world interesting, changing, vibrant and deeply human. It is what keeps us moving, innovative and creative. The benefits of this diversity are not only retained in the effects of my company, but should also move the public.
I strive to not only believe in inclusivity, but in the brands that I choose, through my employees and on social media.
I see you and want to hear from you! If you have any suggestions on how I can improve my business in this matter, or you just want to say hello, please contact me:
