To make sure you don't rush into your decisions, we recommend that you, start dress shopping 8 to 10 months before your wedding date.
For our short dresses we recommend 3-4 months before the wedding date.
But don't worry, if you need a last-minute dress, some designers also offer express delivery.
You can also find our new brand: Bridal Suite (Insta: @bridal_suite_outlet) sample sale dresses and new dresses which can be bought can be bought directly off the rack.
Yes, our private fittings are only available by appointment. Good music and your own private lounge, so you can make a great selection with your loved ones and enjoy this special moment.
The appointments are planned for a maximum of 1.5 hours.
Aside from your radiant self, we invite you to be open, bringphotos of style inspirations and underwear (preferably in your skin color).
Appointments are currently free of charge.
Since we are a small company and you will have the boutique all to yourself for your appointment reserved for you , we thank you in advance for your cooperation, as we only accept a very limited number of brides per day. We therefore ask you to let us know at least 48 hours in advance, if you have to cancel or postpone your appointment. Thank you very much!
As soon as you have decided on your Cream dream dress, we will take your measurements and discuss any alterations that need/could be made. All these things are decided at this stage.
To order your dress, a deposit of 60% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount is due as soon as your dress arrives at Cream Bridal or you pick it up after arrival.
Dresses, sold " off the rack" (samples and new dresses) and all accessories or accessories must be paid for in full directly.
There are public parking spaces around the store.
A large group means more opinions and can be be very overwhelming and confusing for you. You can bring a maximum of 4 people with you and we recommend that you only bring the people whose opinion is most important to you.
We want your wishes and ideas to take center stage.
Don't you need another opinion? If you want to come to the appointment alone, you can simply concentrate on what you really want and don't worry, we will be there to celebrate with you after we have found "the one"!
We do not have an in-house dressmaker, but we do have very experienced partner dressmakers, who customize the dresses for our Cream Bridal brides.
Of course , you can also have your dress altered by a seamstress of your choice.
Please note that the costs for the alterations are not included in the purchase price of the dress.
As much as we love animals, we ask that you do not bring dogs/pets to your appointment.
Are you just looking for inspiration and want to get to know our range? We now offer virtual bridal consultations. We will arrange a time for a Zoom or Facetime video call, to show you some of our dresses in store and on mannequins and answer any questions you may have, you may have about them. This appointment takes about 30 minutes.

Our dresses are between CHF 1500-4000.
Do you have a smaller budget? We also offer dresses straight off the rack, which means you buy a sample dress, which you can take home with you on the same day. These dresses are reduced from the original price and are available from CHF 500-2000. We carry our try-on dresses, so-called sample dresses, in sizes 36 - 46.
Even if the dress you like not exactly in your size in our store, we will cut it for you or make it to fit your size. In any case , you'll get an idea of how the dress will look on you.
In a hurry? Some of our dresses can be bought directly off the rack. This means that we always have an assortment of new and sample dresses, which you can take home with you on the same day. These dresses are available at a reduced price. Without a delivery period of months.

Modification costs are separate costs and vary depending on the scope and required working hours. The hourly rate is approx. CHF 85.
Our beautiful boutique is located on the 1st floor with lots of privacy.
The best way to reach us is by streetcar lines 2 or 3(streetcar stop Bezirksgebäude). If you are coming from Zurich main station, streetcar 3 (direction Albisrieden) will take you to us in 10 minutes.
Take bus 32 and get off right outside our front door (Kernstrasse bus stop).
Of course you can also reach us by car, bike or simply on foot.

In view of our special wedding dresses, no drinks or food may be taken along.
Cream is a mixture of the owner' s name (Caroline) and the name of her grandmother(Emma), whom she has missed dearly since her death in 2016.
She has decided to include him in the business to honor her grandmother and her family. Of course, Cream is also a shade of white and represents wedding dresses. Cream also rhymes so well with Dream (building her own business was her dream and now she can help women find their dream dress ).
